Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan Revision 0 Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (Constellation) implemented Revision 0 of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station (TMI) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan (ISFSI Only Security Plan) on August 30, 2022. All spent fuel was transferred to dry storage in casks within the ISFSI at the time of implementation and the appropriate security measures were in place during the transition from the previous Security Plan to the ISFSI Only Security Plan.
The implementation of the ISFSI Only Security Plan is considered a "conforming change" in support of implementing Amendment No. 305 issued by the NRC as documented in a letter and supporting Safety Evaluation Report dated June 7, 2022, and updated Safety Evaluation Report dated August 11, 2022 There are no commitments in this letter.
