In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p}(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGG) is submitting Revision 13 to the Quad Cities Station Site Security Plan. Changes to this document were implemented on April 4, 2018. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), EGG is submitting these changes within two months of implementation (i.e., no later than June 3, 2018).

The Quad Cities Station Site Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Plan (ISFSI) has been revised to address weapons, ammunition, and Local Law Enforcement related changes.

EGG has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Quad Cities Station Site Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Independent-Spent Fuel Storage Installation Plan.

SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION SVP-18-030 U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page2 Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, EGG requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1), and 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1 )(i).
