Sea Turtle Incidental Take Reports 2010-4 and 2010-5 The attached reports provide detailed information regarding the recent incidental takes of one live and one dead juvenile Kemp's ridley sea turtles at Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS) on July 3 and July 9, 2010. OCNGS has reached 50% of the 2006 Biological Opinion Incidental Take Statement limit of eight sea turtles. Please note that the MMSC stranding report or the necropsy for the July 9 th turtle are not available at this time but will be submitted for the annual summary of incidental takes.
