The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will be available to discuss the NRCs assessment of safety performance for 2022 at South Texas Project

Participants:

NRC Region IV Docket No: 05000498 05000499 Comments: The NRC will be available to discuss its assessment of safety performance at South Texas Project during calendar year 2022, as described in the attached 2022 annual assessment letter. NRC resident inspectors will be available to answer questions about the safety performance of the station and the NRC's role in ensuring safe plant operations.

The NRC provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities where appropriate.
