U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-06B4 Rockville, Maryland STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss the proposed amendment request for approval of the revised Fire Protection Program related to the alternate shutdown capability presently documented in the Fire Hazards Analysis for South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to credit certain operator actions from the main control room.
This is a Category 1 Meeting via conference call. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
