Purpose:

This meeting is a follow up to a public meeting previously held on July 17, 2025. The public presentation is available at Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) package accession number ML25199A220. The purpose of this meeting is for the staff to ask clarifying questions regarding Oklo's planned pre-construction activities and to discuss the path forward for any regulatory actions needed.
