Docket Nos. 50-269-SLR-2, 50-270-SLR-2, 50-287-SLR-2 NRC STAFF AUGUST 8, 2024, STATUS REPORT REGARDING CONSULTATIONS CONCERNING THE WITHHOLDING OF NONPUBLIC INFORMATION FROM DISCLOSURE In accordance with the NRC Staffs (Staff) August 2, 2024, Status Report, the Staff is providing an update on its consultations with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regarding the withholding of certain information from public disclosure in this proceeding. The FERCs review of the information at issue in this proceeding is ongoing and a final designation has not yet been determined. The NRC Staff will provide an update upon FERCs determination or on or before August 15, 2024. The Staff wants to again express its appreciation of the Licensing Boards and parties interest in addressing the hearing petition and contention admissibility in an efficient manner and your patience as we consult with FERC.
