As required by the Licensing Boards October 18, 2024, Memorandum and Order, t he
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Staff is filing this weekly status report. 1 As provided
in the NRC Staffs October 25, 2024, weekly status report, 2 the NRC Staff is taking actions
consistent with the 2018 Memorandum of Understanding 3 with the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC) regarding NRC Staff Non-Public Attachments A - D 4; Attachment B to the
Licensing Boards October 9, 2024, ex parte/ separation of functions Memorandum (nonpublic) 5;
as well as the ex parte/separation of functions communications associated with the August 19,
