NRC STAFF OCTOBER 15, 2024, NOTIFICATION
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC Staff) is notifying the Licensing Board
that in its work to review the voluminous amount of information submitted as ex parte/ separation
of functions communications to the Board in this proceeding, the Staff has identified a potential
inconsistency in the redactions in documents previously submitted to the nonpublic docket as
attachments to the NRC Staffs September 25, 2024, Motion. 1 Accordingly, those documents
should remain on the nonpublic docket while the NRC Staff works expeditiously to address this
potential inconsistency. The NRC Staff will update the Board once this work is concluded.
