[1] Public Meeting on HI-STORE Consolidated Interim Storage Facility License Application, November 3, 2022, slides ML22306A282 Mr. Cuadrado, Holtec appreciates the staff continued review of the HI-STORE CISF application. During a recent meeting, the NRC staff expressed that there were a few action items to be resolved prior to finalization of a licensing decision [1]. Holtec is pleased to submit this letter which addresses those items.

The attachments listed below contain a summary of the action items, updated proposed Technical Specifications, updated Safety Analysis Report, and associated supporting documents. Since a number of these attachments are considered proprietary, attachment 17 contains an affidavit pursuant to 10CFR2.390 requesting that this information be withheld from public disclosure.
