Thank you for the update letter received on January 26, 2023, regarding the status of the NRC review of the joint HI-STORE Consolidated Interim Storage Facility (CISF) between Holtec and the Eddy-Lea Energy Alliance.

We understand that a project of this magnitude and complexity requires the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), as the regulating and licensing authority, to have all the information necessary to issue a licensing decision.

We look forward to the information that was recently provided allowing the NRC to render a decision while having a minimal impact to the original licensing decision timeline for 2023.
