Holtec International HI-STORE CIS (Consolidated Interim Storage Facility) Final Safety Analysis Report Ms. Helton, Holtec appreciates the NRCs issuance of a license for the HI-STORE CIS project on May 9, 2023. In accordance with 10 CFR 72.70, this letter provides the final safety analysis report (FSAR) for HI-STORE. This FSAR is the officially released version of the previously submitted Proposed Revision 0T, which contained all changes during the license approval process. A proprietary and non-proprietary version are attached, along with an affidavit requesting withholding the proprietary version from public disclosure.
