Emergency Plan Revision 35
Dear Sir or Madam:
BWXT Nuclear Operations Group, Inc., Lynchburg (NOG-L), revised its Emergency Plan. The revision was made in accordance with 10 CFR 70.32(i), as a change that does not reduce the effectiveness of the plan. contains a list of the changes and the justification for making them. Enclosure 2 contains controlled copy #29 of the Emergency Plan Revision 35 (note: for NRG Region II, contains controlled copy #28). This plan will replace Revision 34. BWXT NOG-L requests that your copy of Revision 34 be destroyed or returned to BWXT NOG-L. BWXT NOG-L also requests that both the NRG Headquarters and Region II offices acknowledge, via letter or email, receipt of this controlled copy of Revision 35. A pre-addressed envelope has been included for your convenience.
Both enclosures are designated as Official Use Only because they contain data that has the potential to damage governmental, commercial, or private interests if disseminated to persons who do not need the information to perform their jobs or other DOE-authorized activities, and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure. DOE G 471.3-1 and CG-SS-04 were used for guidance.
