This letter refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection oversight activities conducted from January 1 to December 31, 2023, for TRISO-X in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Inspection Report Number 07007027/2023-006 was used as a mechanism to allow the NRC to document direct fee billable hours associated with the routine communications that were conducted as part of the NRCs inspection oversight for TRISO-X. The specific cost activity code associated with this is FBFF-Routine Inspection Related Communications.
