It is unclear from the Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities report that the new owner or the NRC has accounted for the potential for additional effluent pathways that could occur while transporting radioactive waste across the site or during segmentation and dismantling of contaminated equipment. It is expected that decommissioning and demolition activity could create dust and small debris that would get caught in storm runoff which could result in a unmonitored release to the Hudson river blob:https://www.fdms.gov/5188f33a-cb76-43da-b2cd-473e72d0d072 1/1
