Special Nuclear Material Control Progran for SEFOR Decladding As discussed in the correspondence referenced above, as have been involved in the installation of new remote handling ecaipment and the development of techniques and operating procedures fcr the decladding and recovery of the SEFOR fuel materials. As indicated in Refer-ente 3, we expected to complete the development of tasse new methods and have the necessary information to revise Documen: AI-74-44, Supplement 4, to reflect the new nuclear material cor:rol and account-l ing procedures when we had finished the decladding arc recovery of 50 of the SEFOR fuel pins.
