On June 16, 1987, Mr.

M.

Holmes (PSC) and Mr. K. Heitner (NRC) discussed GA Report 909204, Issue A, Effect of Firewater Cooldown using EES Bundle on Steam Generator Structural Integrity, which was submitted for NRC information by Reference 1.

Table 5-2 of this report (pages 27 and 28) has been revised per the June 16, 1987 conference.

It is noted that this revision does not change the conclusions of the report.

The attached Issue B of GA Report 909204 is enclosed for your information.

For sim only those pages (Page 1, 1A, 27, 28, and 36) plicity, affected by this revision are included in Issue B.

Therefore, these five new pages should be inserted in all copies of GA Report 909204, Issue A, in place of the existing Issue A pages.
