TASK GROUP 3 REPORT The purpose of this memo is to transmit a revised draft report to the CPRRG This report supersedes that documents the results of the Task Group 3 effort.The significant changes th our earlier draft, Rev. O.

(1) addition of a section on lessons learned; (2) clarification of follows:

the methodology used in the evaluation; (3) addition of two new Tables that separate the broader issues raised by Task Group 3 from the 34 issues of attact at MM to the OIA report and specifically highlight the identified accomplishments that were dictated by the original Task Group 3 charter; (5) safety ignificant hardware deficiency; (4) deletion of the Table summarizing addition of an Appendix that provides a comparison of the Task Group 2 and Minor changes have been made to the narrative Task Group 3 conclusions.
