The time in which the Commission may act on all pending petitions for review in this matter is accordingly extended subject to further order.

ICounsel for Staff orally informed the Secretary on August 18, 1987 that he had received assurances from counsel for the Applicant and NECNP and the Commonwealth that the Staff's motion was uncontested.
