ORDER On' August 10, 1987, pursuant to an extension of time granted by this Board,I intervenor NECNP filed a petition for reconsideration of ALAB-869, 26 NRC (July 21, 1987),

or, in the alternative, for certification to the Commission of the issue of the admissibility of Contention 2. The applicant and the NRC staff are directed to file answers to the petition.2 Other parties to the proceeding may file answers. Answers in support of the petition shall be filed on or before August 21, 1987. Answers in opposition shall See Appeal Board Order of July 31, 1987 (unpublished).
