March 17, 1988 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Extension of Time / Miscellaneous Rulings) 1.
On March 15, 1988, the NRC Staff filed a motion for an extension of time within which to respond to intervention petitions filed by the State of Vermont and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
(The Board Chairman was aavised by telephone on March 14 of this motion.) The Staff, which seeks an extension from March 16, 1988 to March 23, 1988, advises that the Licensee and Vermont have no objection and that it was not able to contact the Comonwealth. Good cause having been demonstrated, the Staff's motion is granted.
2.
The Licensee / Applicant is requested, at its earliest convenience, to provide each Licensing Board member with a copy of the application for amendment, dated December 7,1987, together with any
