Oral argument on the ruling re.ferred to us by the Licensing Board in its February 2, 19BO, memorandum and order (LBP-89-6) will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 1989, at 1:30 p.m., in the NRC Public Hearing Rco n, Fif th Floor, East-We.st Towers-Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bothesda, Maryland Each side is allotted 45 minutes for argument.
Applicant. Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation and the NRC Ftaff are considered appellants and shall divide'their time as they see fit.
Each party shall provide the Secretary to this Board, by letter mailed _no later than April 24. 1989, with the name of the individual who will present argument on its behalf.
