Isolate affected train by closing 1-FCV-67-81 (Rx MOV Bd 1A2-A) and 2-FCV-67-81 (Rx MOV Bd 2A2-A) for A header or 1-FCV-67-82 (Rx MOV Bd IB2-B),and 2-FCV-67-82 (Rx M0V.Bd 282-B) for B header.

Ensure FCV-67-151 (Rx MOV Bd 1A2-A) closed and close 2-FCV-67-146 for A header ruptured. Close FCV-67-152 and 1-FCV-67-146 for B

header ruptured.

After determining which headar is ruptured and isolated, refer to
" Loss of Equipment List" AOI-138.2-1 for header IA
