PERSONNEL ACCESS AUTHORIZATION FOR INSPECTION TEAM AT RANCHO SECO i

The Vendor Inspection Branch, Division of Reactor Inspection and Safeguards, has scheduled an inspection for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District Rancho Seco nuclear plant. The dates of the inspection will be from January 4-15, 1988.

This certifies that the persons listed below are employees of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. To the extent of our knowledge, these persons do not possess adverse character traits or indication of aberrant behavior Trust-worthiness has been determined by a review of their employment records. Based on the above, I recommend that these employees be granted unescorted access to l the vital and protected areas of the facility noted above.
