REGIONAL PROCEDURE 0514A, " PLANT SPECIFIC BACKFIT" REGION III MANUAL - CHANGE NOTICE 87-24 The attached procedure has been updated with the new Headquarters organizational structure and revised to incorporate the reporting requirements outlined in a memorandum from Victor Stello, Jr. covering " Safety Goal Implementation" dated February 24, 1987.

RP 0261A should have been cancelled when this procedure was originally issued.

Please remove it from your nianual at this time.
