We have reviewed your letter dated October 15, 1987 (P-8734) concerning deletion of your current fire protection Technical Specifications.

request for t'is deletion is premature.
You must first have an approved fire l
n protection program.
Second, you must also request an amendment to your license containing a license condition as per Enclosure 3 to Generic Letter i
86-10 (dated April 24,1986).
Subsequently, you may also request an amendment to delete the Technical Specifications that will now be unnecessary.
No further action will be taken on your current request.
