By letter dated July 30, 1986, we informed you that a $150 application fee was required for your July 11, 1986 request for a revision to Certificate of Compliance No. 9071. The Licensing staff has recently advised us, however, that your July 11, 1986 reques,t was combined with your July 18, 1986 application, for which the $150 application fee was paid. Therefore, the fee requested in our letter of July 30, 1986 is not required.
