Enclosed are ten (10) copies of the Amendment to the ANEFCO Safety Analysis Report (SAR) for the AP-101 cask.

The AP-101 cask was awarded Certificate of Compliance 9071 which authorized large quantities of byproduct material as contents.

This Amendment is submitted in support of this petition to include spent nuclear fuel assemblies from LWR's, as described in the enclosed SAR.

Also attached is ANEFCO check #1002 for $5,500 as the fee for a major amendment in accordance with 10CFR 170.21.
