MILLSTONE UNIT 2 SYSR PZOJECT INSTRUCT!5N PI wt SYSR IMPLEMENTATION CHECKLISTS AND WORKBOOK 1.0 FORM 5- SYSTEM MODIFICATION SUMM ARY SCREENING 1.1 The purpose of this form is to identify minor system modifications from the detailed review process that do not affect the licensing bases 1.2 The OE adds the Parsons Power Document ID number, NNECo system code, system title to the form header, NNECo mod number, NNECo mod title, and l indicates the responsible SLE. Each modification that is screened requires a separate form and Document ID number, 1.3 Upon initiation of the form, the OE signs and dates the appropriate revision block in Part A.
1.3.1 The SLE will provide the OE a listing of all modifications that are applicable to the selected system.
1.3.2 The OE uses this list to perform the Modification Screening Process. Note: All applicable system modifications must be screened, including canceled and in process modifications.
l 1.4 Using the Modification and description listing provided by NNECo, the OE O answers the question in Part B of the Modification Screening Form following any additional instmetion included in Part B.
1.4.1 If the responses to any question is "Yes," continue and complete Part C of the form.
1.4.2 If the responses to all questions are "No," the modification is considered minor and the review is complete.
1.4.3 The OE provides a disposition in Part C, signs and dates the form and proceeds l in accordance with the General Review and Approval Instruction in Section 6.0 of this document.
1.5 The OE submits the form ar.d chec' list to the interface reviewers in accordance with the GeneralInstructions for Review and Approvalin Section 6.0 of this document.
1.6 Each Modification screening associated with the selected system will be placed l on a separate form.
