SUSQUEHANNA 97-A-0145 TELCON On Thursday 1/15/98 I talked with George Jones (VP) and Marty Urban (Corporate Auditing) re current status of PP&L intemal investigation. Urban noted that their investigation has all the necessary data. Some complications / problems with computer points were observed by them. They completed 4 interviews. Some problems were encountered with the union with the interviews. Additional interviews are scheduled for next week. Jones believes they can work out their problems with the union re this issue. Urban said they were on schedule to complete this investigation by Mid Feb. '98.

. Jones indicated it would be complete by the end of January '98, as originally promised.
