739459-97 dated 10/15/97: Redacted dated 1/26/98

. 739459-1-97 dated 12/1/97: Redacted dated 2/4/98 739459-2-98 dated 2/10/98: Redacted dated 2/18/98 Therefore we do have the redacted and non-redacted versions. However, they all are labeled with 2.790.

.. So i tried my best and used Brad's forms.....but I am out of my league.... help (see attached).
