SUBJECT:

FEEDBACK REPORT TO ALLEGER A-11 i

On February 5, 1935, Alleger A-11 was interviewed by TRT members Conrad McCracken, Bill Wells, and John Zudans. Conrad McCracken and Bill Wells explained to A-11 the TRT's investigative results on 22 paint and coatings issues (AQ0-3, AQO-4, AQ0-10, and A0-36) that the alleger had raised. The areas the TRT investigated included the back-fit program, design basis accident qualifications for coatings, traceability, and the general subject of procedures.

The alleger did not agree with the TRT's interpretation of co'ncerns and the investigative work on them in the areas of:

(1) proce ure~f5'r repairin cracked coatings, (2) curing test of CS-11 (inorganic zinc in the coatings)g and (3) back-fit tested coatings still did not have traceability. The alleger did not. agree with the TRT's assumptions and investigative results.
