(NUREG-0797) to the Safety Evaluation Report for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant. This supplement contains information regarding the Comanche Peak Technical Review Team evaluation and resolution of approximately 123 Quality Assurance and Quality Control Issues regarding Construction and plant readiness testing practices.
