This is to confirm cur discussion with you on whereby you decided to decline a personal interview with the NRC Comanche ak Technical Review Team for the purpose of providing you with feedback on your concerns regarding the construction of this facility. At that time we indicated that our feedback function could be accomplished by any one of three means. These included (1) invitational travel for yourself to Washington with all expenses being paid by the NRC, (2) travel by the TRT to your home or, (3) transmittal of all applicable information to you by letter.
You rejected the first two optio - sitin that neither provided for hourly compensation for your services. A ally, you indicated that without such compensation you no longer felt that you could participate with the TRT in this effort since you felt that what you are doing is NRC's job and therefore you should be compensated for such services.
The TRT believes that your decision is regretable and urges you to reconsider the options sited above as your decision may have a bear.ing on matters relating to safety at this facility.
In the meantime, per your request, the TRT plans to transmit the resolution of I
your concerns via letter to GAP, for distribution to you.
