In accordance with your request, we are enclosing a copy of the transcript of the interview. We are treating this transcript with confidentiality in accordance with our executed Agreement.
The NRC plans to publish the results of its evaluation of a number of concerns and technical issues raised by several individuals concerning the Comanche Peak Facility. These results will be published in Safety Evaluation Reports

(SER) within the next sixty days. We will provide you with a copy of the SER that discusses your concerns when it has been completed.
