SUBJECT:

MEETING WITH WITNESS F As per our discussion, during my meeting with Witness F in Florida next week I will purs.ue setting up a followup meeting with him in Washington at a nearby motel. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss in detail his outstanding concerns about Comanche Peak construction and Quality Assurance programs.

I will authorize invitational travel for him for a Friday in early December and have him stay through Sunday if necessary. Appropriate TRT group leaders will be available for discussion of technical review items.
