MEPORANDUM FOR:

Comanche Peak oject 3

FROM:

Chet Poslusny, Program Coordinator Comanche Peak Technical Peview Team

SUBJECT:

FEEDBACX REPORT TO ALLEGER A-19 On October 31, 1984, Alleger A-19 was interviewed by telephone, by TRT merbers D. Jeng, R. Philleo, C. Hofmayer, R.C. Tang, W.P. Chen, R. Masterson, and V.

Ferrarini.

C. Hofmayer explained to A-19 the TRT's investigative results on issues AQC-13 AOC-14, AC-18, and AC-40. The TRT had correctly interpreted alleger's cor.cerns. However, the alleger did not agree to the TRT bases and conclusions en the number of unauthorized holes drilled and the number of unauthorized rebars cut. Alleger suggested another approach for estimating these numbers.

Upon review of this suggestion, the TRT reviewer will propose needed follow-up actions.

Regarding AC-31 (concerning hanger inserts), Mr. Philleo explained the basis for the TRT's resolutions. The alleger did not agree with the TRT's resolution. We agreed to follow up further en this item, possibly in a face-to-face meeting.

Alleger indicated he did not originate issue AC-36 (trash dumped in the bottom of a concrete form and covered with concrete). 9T will follow-up on this issue to determine the correct alleger.

Issue AC-43 was not discussed because of the agreement to hold another meeting in the future to handle all unresolved issues.

C. Hofmayer, P, Philleo, and D. Jeng will define the specific steps to be taken on the above issues.
