The NRC, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, recently published Supplement 11 (NUREG-0797) to the Safety Evaluation Report for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant.

This supplement contains information regarding the Ccmanche Peak Technical Review Team evaluation and resolution of approximately 123 Quality Assurance and Quality Control Issues regarding Construction anc plant readiness testing practices.
