SUBJECT:
REPORT OF TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH COMANCHE PEAK ALLEGER A-59 This is to advise you that on the afternoon of January 10, 1985 the wife of the subject alleger called and asked that I call her husband at 8:00PM that evening. Efforts to have you or a member of your staff return the call were rejected.
As a consequence of our discussion, I returned the call as requested. The alleger A-59 simply wanted a copy of the transcript of his seccnd meeting 4
with your staff sometime in November.
I advised him that I would have some-one look into the matter and to advise him when to expect to receive his copy of the meeting transcript. He was satisfied and advised that the best time to contact him by telephone would be 8:00PM Texas time.

Telecon with Alleger A-58:
1/27/85 (1300 EST) 1/30/85 I attempted to call alleger A-58 at two different phone numbers (817/292-4126, 817/261-6588). The second call resulted in contact with "Daniels Construction Co.".
The individual I spoke to indicated that an individual with the alleger's last name did work for them but was no longer with the company. On 1/30/85, I contacted what I believed to be the father of the alleger.
Alleger's father's wife indicated that an individual with a slightly different name than that which I have in my file does live in Arlington, TX however, she had no knowledge of his association with Comanche Peak.
I received a new phone number (817)275-0887 where I might be able to contact this individual.
I also received an address (P.O. Box 300644, Arlington, TX 76010) where he might be contact.
I called the number given to me and left a message for him to call back.
