SUBJECT:
SYSTEMATIC EVALUATION PROGRN4 Phase 11 of the Systenatic Evaluation Program, SEP, which includes evaluation of eleven of the older operating facilities was discussed with the Coanission on November 9,1977. .The Comission approved l the recomended progran. Implementation of the SEP has been started. The licensees of the eleven plants were briefed on the program at a r'eeting on November 17, 1977.
Enclosed for your information is a copy of our report to the ACRS which describes the purpose, objectives, review concept and schedule for perfoming the evaluations.
