l SUBJECT SYSTEl% TIC EVALUATION PROGRAM (SEP) I The enclosed menorandum from V. Stello requests OSS review of the Comprehensive List of SEP Topics (Rev. 2) that will be the bases for the proposed SEP for operating plants, and describes briefly the method used to prepare the list. Because of the MB0 schedule established by the Comission we have a very short time available for our review.

I Each Branch Chiefs should quickly revies topics and definiti6ns in his area of review to identify significant errors or misstatements and note any obvious omissions (note carefully the criteria used for culling).
