Dear Ms. Garcia Santos:

By letter dated October 2, 2019 [1], Holtec submitted a request to amend Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 72-1032 for the HI-STORM FW MPC Storage System. Subsequently, the NRC staff sent Requests for Supplemental Information (RSIs) by letter dated May 19, 2020 [2].

Holtec is pleased to submit responses to NRC RSIs in Attachment 1 to this letter. Attachments 2 through 4 contain the RSI-related changes to the CoC and its appendices, while Attachments 5 &

6 contain the RSI-related changes to the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the HI-STORM FW FSAR, respectively. Note that all previous changes associated with Amendment 6 Document ID 5018078 Page 1 of 2

As Attachments 5 & 7 are considered proprietary, an affidavit requesting that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.390 is contained in Attachment 8.
