6.1.2 The Project Engineer ensures that the implementation of a design change is integrated with the site master schedule when neces, sary.
6.1.3 The Design Change Team (including Site Scheduling) assists in the planning of the development, implementation and close-out of the design change.
6.1.4 The use of the PINGP 1215," Implementation Plan"is optional, but the information required for OC review SHALL be provided in a planning document.
6.2 Lmplementation Plan 6.2.1 The Project Engineer works with the plant scheduling personnel to develop an implementation plan and schedule.
h 6.2.2 The implementation plan includes the method by which the design change is to be installed and tested.
- a. PINGP 1215 may be used.
- b. A chart or block diagram format may be used.
- c. For simple design changes, the implementation plan may be included in SAWI 6.1.4, Project Description / Safety Assessment.
6.2.3 The implementation plan SHALL indicate plant status requirements and should identify all significant work orders for installation and testing. The following codes SHALL used for plant condition:
Power operation Critical > 2% Power Hot Standby Critical <; 2% Power Hot Shutdown Subcritical w/RCS ;;> 350 F Intermediate Shutdown Subcritical w/RCS 200-350 F Cold Shutdown Suberitical w/RCS < 200 F Refueling h

- 5AWlf 4 IMPLEMENTATION PLANS REv: 0 6.2.4 The implementation plan should anticipate stages of design change turnover if l the design change is not to be turned over at one time. !
6.2.5 When there are regulatory commitments concerning the design change, the resolution of those commitments should be indicated as milestones.
6.2.6 All significant work activities should be referenced to installation and testing work order procedures.
6.2.7 The implementation plan identifies known or potential interfaces with other plant systems, operating procedures, or operating configurations.
6.2.8 IE a project is turned over in stages, THEN there may be separate construction plans or theres may be a single plan that is clearly demarcated into those stages.
