Prior to conmencement of the SAT verify the calibration of the test pressure gauge (s) is current per Reference 1-A and 1-C. Indicating pressure gauges used in testing shall have dials graduated over a range about equal to two times the intended (naximum pressure. In no case shall the range be less than lis, nor more than four times that pressure, j l

If satisfactory, so indicate on the SAT Inspection Report, items 1 and 2. Unsatisfactory items shall be brought to the attention of the QA Specialist Supervisor for further processing in accordance with Reference 1-D.

3.2 SURVEILLANCE AND MONITORING OF SAT PARAMETERS The pressure plateaus to be obtained during the test are:

a. O psig NOTE: At no time during
b. 12.5 psig, 21.0 psi the SAT shall the
c. 25 psig, 21.0 psi pressure rise or
d. 37.5 psig 1.0 psi fall more than 5 psi
e. 50 psig. 1.0 psi per hour.
f. 57.5 psig, +0.5, -0 psi At each pressure plateau, verify the correct pressure is obtained and held within tolerance for the prescribed stabilization time of 1 hour1.157407e-5 days <br />2.777778e-4 hours <br />1.653439e-6 weeks <br />3.805e-7 months <br />. Document the be and ending times as well as the ' pressure (actual) ginning on the SAT Inspection Report, item 3 or 4.

At each pressure plateau verify that deflection measurements are taken in accordance with Reference 1-B.

At each pressure plateau monitor the crack mapping activities per Reference 1-A for conformance to specified instructions.

Pay particular attention to the crack mapping area located at Elevation 1051, Azimuth 185 degrees.

Document the results of the monitoring activity on the SAT Inspection Report, item 3 or 4.

Upon completion of the SAT, compare pressure gauge readings to those of the TUGC0 digital pressure gauge for verification of gauge readings and so document on the SAT IR item 5.

3.3 ANOMALIES NOTED DURING TESTING Anomalies noted during testing shall be brought to the attention of the QA Specialist Supervisor. Additionally, supplemental Inspection Reports shall be written noting the anomaly.

3.5 DOCUMENTATION At the canpletion of the SAT, all Inspection Reports shall be transmitted to the PPRV for retention and filing.
