t The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that QP nebers applied per Reference 1-A are transferred prior to sub-divisions of the coated piece.

QC Inspectors assigned by l

the Unit 2 QC Supervisor shall perfonn surveillance of QP neber transfer.

The frequency of this inspection shall be established by the Unit 2 QC Supervisor but shall not be j

less than once per week.
