i 3.1 INDOCTR!faTION

All personnel involved in the Record Verification sha:1 complete i

the indoctrination process. The indoctrination requi es that j

each member involved in Record Verification read the focuments j

specified on Figure 1 and upon completion of each reading assignment, sign and date the space provided on Figure 1.

l When all reading assignments have been concluded, the member i

shall submit the completed Figure 1 Fonn to the Records Managenent Supervisor.

To complete the indoctrination process, the Records Management Supervisor will review and discuss with each Record Verifi-cation member the contents of each document specified on Figure 1.

When the $Jparviwe is assured that Records Verification personnel understand the contents of the documents in Figure 1 and is satisfied as to their ability to perform record verifi-i cation such as: drawing and specification review, checklist preparation, utilization of CRT and computer printouts and hard j

copy review, he shall sign and date the space provided.
