Dear Dr. Bartolome:

Attached for your infomation and use are single copies of the Safety Evaluation Reports (SER) for the Callaway and Wolf Creek facilities, both of which utilize the Model F Steam Generator.

Since NRC does not grant design approvals for particular systems or components, such as the Model F, I hope that the staff evalua-tion, as contained in the SER, will be sufficient for your needs.

Additionally, I have attached a copy of Section 5.4.2, including appropriate tables and drawings, of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the SNUPPS facility. This section deals with the steam generator for the standardized facility.

Please let me know if there is any other information on this matter which I could provide to you. I apologize for the delay in this response, but your May request never reached this office.
