The Comissioners and staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Comission were saddened to learn of the death of Zoilo Bartolome. At you know, we were honored as recently as this May with a visit by Comissioner Bartolome. Those of us who met with him then, or in earlier visits, respected him as a knowledgeable nuclear scientist and as a wam and generous individual.
