It is my pleasure to wrf te to you today to forward the enclosed

" Meeting Calendar" that provides a schedule of events related to the exchange of waste management infonnation between foreign and U.S. sites. It may be a useful reference for the Radwaste Comittee.

1 If I remember correctly, this past sumer was a target date to begin a site study evaluation around PNPP-1 to locate a possible .

site for low-level waste storage. Have there been any preliminary findings? Has the Comittee made any recomendations for the storage of high-level waste?

s Last April I received a request from Mr. Almero, HPC, for some geological reports that I then airmailed to him in May. Later in September, I sent to him a report on the underground disposal of radioactive waste. I trust all of these reports were received in good condition.

Please do not hesitate 'to write if I may be of any further assistance to you or sqy friends on the comittee.
