Dear Dr. Bartolome:

Please thank Deputy Comissioner Ver Albano for infoming NRC that Mr. Rivera had returned to the Philippines.

As you know, NRC was aware that Mr. Rivera was not feeling well shortly after his arrival in Atlanta, and the NRC staff was working with him to get him settled into his new surrtundings. The staff was not aware of Mr. Rivera's concern for his personal safety.

Fifteen to twenty assignees from other countries are received by NRC each year. If you obtain any information regarding Mr. Rivera's experience that may be helpful to NRC in receiving other assignees, please infom me.
